DLF to sell housing properties worth ₹20,000 crore in FY27: MD

DLF Limited has set a target of ₹20,000 crore in housing sales bookings for FY27, driven by a strong pipeline of luxury residential launches across Gurugram, Mumbai, and Goa. The company plans to maintain the same sales momentum achieved in FY26 despite broader market uncertainties.

According to DLF Managing Director Ashok Kumar Tyagi, around ₹14,000–15,000 crore of the expected sales will come from new residential projects scheduled for launch this financial year, while the remaining contribution is expected from the company’s ultra-luxury project “The Dahlias” in Gurugram.

DLF’s super-luxury project The Dahlias has emerged as one of the company’s strongest growth drivers, recording significant sales and sharp price appreciation since launch. The company also plans to launch projects including luxury developments in Mumbai and Goa, along with senior living and premium residential projects in Gurugram.

The developer stated that its focus will remain on disciplined execution, profit margins, cash generation, and timely project delivery instead of aggressively chasing sales volumes.
