Awfis Space Solutions has expanded its flexible workspace network in Chennai by launching two new centres at Olympia Crystal in Guindy and DLF Cyber City in Manapakkam. The expansion adds more than 1.14 lakh sq. ft. of workspace area to the company’s Chennai portfolio.
The Guindy centre spans approximately 56,360 sq. ft. across four floors, while the DLF Cyber City facility offers around 57,802 sq. ft. of chargeable area and has been launched as an “Awfis Gold” centre, reflecting its premium infrastructure and amenities.
With these additions, Awfis now operates 28 centres in Chennai covering nearly 8.75 lakh sq. ft., strengthening its position in one of South India’s major commercial real estate markets. The company currently has a presence across more than 200 centres in 18 cities nationwide.
Separately, The Executive Centre (TEC) announced the launch of a new 9,500 sq. metre workspace facility in Riyadh’s King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD). TEC has occupied the entire five-storey building, which includes flexible workspaces, enterprise office solutions, meeting areas, and lifestyle amenities such as a café and outdoor padel court.
