The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UPRERA) has approved 13 new residential and commercial projects worth ₹3,052.73 crore across eight districts in the state. The approved developments are expected to add around 4,772 residential and commercial units, boosting real estate activity and urban infrastructure growth in Uttar Pradesh.

Ghaziabad received the highest share of investment approvals, while Gautam Buddh Nagar secured approval for a major commercial project worth ₹420.50 crore comprising 855 commercial units. Lucknow and Agra also received approvals for multiple residential projects.

According to UPRERA, the approvals reflect rising investor confidence and balanced real estate growth across both NCR-linked districts and emerging urban markets in the state. The authority stated that these projects will contribute to housing supply, commercial infrastructure, employment generation, and planned urban development.
