Awfis Space Solutions has launched two new flexible office centres in Chennai as part of its expansion strategy in South India. The new workspaces are located at Olympia Crystal in Guindy and DLF Cyber City in Manapakkam.

The Guindy centre spans around 56,360 sq. ft. across four floors and will feature a combination of private offices and shared workspaces. Meanwhile, the Manapakkam facility at DLF Cyber City offers approximately 57,802 sq. ft. of chargeable area and has been classified as an “Awfis Gold” centre due to its premium infrastructure and amenities.

With the launch of these two centres, Awfis’ total footprint in Chennai has grown to 28 centres, covering nearly 0.875 million sq. ft. The company stated that the locations were selected strategically for their connectivity, proximity to major corporate hubs, and growing demand for hybrid work environments.

Awfis highlighted that the expansion aligns with the increasing need for flexible leasing solutions, scalable office spaces, and modern workplace amenities among enterprises and startups.
